In 2018 we decided to expand our rental with another house. Our many years of experience in looking after guests has shown us that it is the right path we have taken and always brings us a lot of joy, and above all, satisfied feedback. 

We are "selfmade" hosts. This is how the ideas of the house and the concept come from ourselves. After a hard year full of energy and strength, we accomplished it by the end of the year and are all the more thankful that the right people have found us at the right moment - whether guests, employees or partners - and that these people developed a sense of our values. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Just in time for Christmas, according to our careful plans, we will accommodate the first guests in our villa. However, not everything will probably be as we imagine it, because "good things take a while" - and we do not want to be carried away by this broad stream of "faster-higher-better". We are taking a new direction - that of "deceleration" - and those who can convince themselves that the house is in the right place for many decelerated hours of your precious vacation time.

The focus of the stay is not the turnover that is achieved, but the well-being of the guest. On atmosphere, quality and individuality, we pay attention daily in our actions and do.

  How to find us: Coming from the motorway A 12 - leave at the exit Zillertal / Wiesing and drive directly through the Brettfall tunnel into the Zillertal on the B 169. Follow the road for about 20 km until you reach the center of Ramsau come. After the traffic light (about 1km) you will reach a roundabout, directly at the company building AL-KO there take the 3rd exit and turn right. Follow the road for 300 m until you turn left at the next intersection and continue straight uphill on a dead end road. You pass the house "Taxi Eberharter" on this mountain road. A steep road will lead you directly to your vacation home, which you will see after 200 meters on your left.

• If you arrive by train, leave it at station "Bichl". From there you can reach the house in 15 minutes on foot.
• Relaxing rooms (billiard and sauna) only with restricted opening hours (open on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday each day for 2 hours)
