Ski-Eldorado Zillertal

530 kilometers of slopes and 180 ultra-modern mountain railways and lifts await in four ski regions,

that take you quickly and comfortably from 580 meters up to 3,250 m above sea level.

You can really enjoy the descent on the snow-sure and perfectly groomed slopes! - In most areas even all the way down into the valley.

Numerous runs of all levels of difficulty - from demanding, sporty slopes and untracked deep snow slopes to sunny, wide carving slopes for families, beginners and connoisseurs - offer the right challenge for every taste.

With the ski pass from 2 days all 4 ski areas including the Hintertux Glacier are included.

The use of the train and bus is free with the ski pass.

The Villa …

In 2018 we decided to expand our rental with another house. Our many years of experience in looking after guests has shown us that it is the right path we have taken and always brings us a lot of joy, and above all, satisfied feedback.

We are "selfmade" hosts. This is how the ideas of the house and the concept come from ourselves. After a hard year full of energy and strength, we accomplished it by the end of the year and are all the more thankful that the right people have found us at the right moment - whether guests, employees or partners - and that these people developed a sense of our values. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Just in time for Christmas, according to our careful plans, we will accommodate the first guests in our villa. However, not everything will probably be as we imagine it, because "good things take a while" - and we do not want to be carried away by this broad stream of "faster-higher-better". We are taking a new direction - that of "deceleration" - and those who can convince themselves that the house is in the right place for many decelerated hours of your precious vacation time.

The focus of the stay is not the turnover that is achieved, but the well-being of the guest. On atmosphere, quality and individuality, we pay attention daily in our actions and do.

The power of the queen

The Swiss stone pine is often referred to as "Queen of the Alps". The sturdy, evergreen conifer grows even in the harshest weather conditions to over 2,500 m above sea level and can be up to 1000 years old. However, the stone pine was not given its legendary reputation because it is so resistant, but because of its positive effects on the human organism. Because what is good for body and soul, you should always have around you. The relaxing effect of Swiss Stone Pine has been scientifically proven: the scent of Swiss stone pine reduces the pulse rate - up to 3,500 beats per day our heart is saved under the influence of the feel-good aroma. The stone pine should also provide a restful and healthy sleep, while the heart rate is lowered and accelerated vegetative recovery processes. The pine scent also has soothing effects on colds, flu, bronchitis and lung diseases.

How to find us: Coming from the motorway A 12 - leave at the exit Zillertal / Wiesing and drive directly through the Brettfall tunnel into the Zillertal on the B 169. Follow the road for about 20 km until you reach the center of Ramsau come. After the traffic light (about 1km) you will reach a roundabout, directly at the company building AL-KO there take the 3rd exit and turn right. Follow the road for 300 m until you turn left at the next intersection and continue straight uphill on a dead end road. You pass the house "Taxi Eberharter" on this mountain road. A steep road will lead you directly to your vacation home, which you will see after 200 meters on your left.

If you arrive by train, leave it at station "Bichl". From there you can reach the house in 15 minutes on foot.
Relaxing rooms (billiard and sauna) only with restricted opening hours (open on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday each day for 2 hours)
Please note that there is a slipper zone in the chalet, we ask you to bring your own.
